Clarence Alva Terrell, 83, of Town Bluff, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025.
Clarence was born in San Antonio, Texas, to James and Racine Terrell. He lived in Town Bluff for many years. He was a retired home builder who enjoyed woodworking, painting, and inventing new and exciting things. He loved music and wrote many prayers that he turned into songs for everyone to enjoy.
Clarence always had a smile on his face and a kind word to give. He loved his Lord and Savior and made Him his top priority in life. He truly loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Terrell; mother, Racine Lee Terrell; wife of 47 years, Raylene McKinney Terrell, and his siblings.
Clarence is survived by his son, Brian Terrell and wife Laura Milligan; daughter Shannon Michelle Terrell; grandchildren Hayden Garcia, Jessica Newman, Brittany Walden, Courtney Walden, and Kelly Terrell; great grandchildren, Brasen and Allyson Moore, Cameron, Lauren, Clayton and Logan Young, Joshua Kent, Macy and Andrew Snell, Kaiden Ashton, Serenity, Paisley and Gracie Garcia, Karter and Landon Brannum; a host of other family members and friends. .
Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 3 pm at the Fairview Baptist Church in Town Bluff with Brother Scott Loar officiating. A private burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 pm until the time of the service at the church.
