Tyler County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

The following are arrests reported by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office for the period of Aug. 4 through Aug. 10, 2025. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

• Johnathon Laurence Couey, 35, of Woodville — evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.

• Joe Garza, 25, of El Paso — escape while arrested/confined (felony).

• Tina Lou Fuller, 41, of Woodville — assault, Class C.

• Robert Dale Nelon, 61, of Cypress — possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces; bond $750.

• Daniel Joesph Newman, 49, of Silsbee — possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces; bond $750.

• Kristin Leigh Rumley, 39, of Warren — driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial responsibility; bond $750.

• Kray Witton, 23, of Newton — assault causing bodily injury; bond $20,000. Unauthorized use of vehicle; bond $25,000.

• Jason Clowers, 47, of Warren — assault, Class C.

• Ronald Gene Morris III, 32, of Spurger — burglary of a building.

• Samuel Ross Leija, 32, of Houston — assault causing bodily injury to a family member; bond $10,000.
