TYLER COUNTY, Texas — The boil water notice for residents of the Whitetail Ridge subdivision in Tyler County has been officially lifted as of 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2025, according to Tyler County Emergency Management.
The notice was issued Monday following a water system failure that left the neighborhood without service. Water was restored later that afternoon, and officials advised residents to boil their water as a precaution.

After water quality testing and monitoring, officials have confirmed the system is now safe, and normal water usage may resume.
