Warren ISD to Host Back-to-School Immunization Clinic August 6

As the new school year approaches, Warren ISD is helping families get prepared by hosting a Back-to-School Immunization Clinic on Tuesday, August 6, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Warren High School Library.
All grade levels are welcome, and parents are encouraged to attend if their student is not yet current on required immunizations. Vaccinations are necessary for school attendance unless a valid exemption or approved catch-up schedule is on file.

Vaccines by Grade:
Pre-K through 5th: DTaP, Polio, MMR, Hepatitis A & B, Varicella
Pre-K only: Hib, PCV
Incoming 7th graders: Tdap booster (if 5+ years since last dose) & Meningococcal (MCV4)
12th grade & college-bound: MCV4 may be required — check with colleges.

All insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid. Those without insurance may still receive vaccinations. If uninsured, enter “NA” in the insurance section of the form.
Vaccines will also be available for adults, ages 19 and up, at varying prices depending on insurance coverage and vaccine type.
